Cooks power blender, how to unjam blade from base?

I would suggest calling the manufacturer. Check the manual and find a phone number. If you're not on warranty anymore, then I'd suggest bringing into some sort of appliance repair shop. I doubt this is something that you can just find a quick answer to online....
