How to download pictures

Omnitech 8.5" Digital Picture Frame (36972-QCC) USB Cable

I need to find out how to download pictures from a camera card to my Omnitech Digital Frame. I have lost the manual and cannot locate where to find another one.

I wonder if it's the same process with every digital frame. There seems to be quite a few different models of digital frames from omnitech. Which particular one do you have? Hopefully you can still tell even if you don't have the paperwork that came with it.
