Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party for the Nintendo Wii is pretty much everything you'd expect from past iterations of DDR plus a little bit extra. The bundle comes with only one dance pad (meaning you'll have to spend anywhere between 30-50 dollars for an additional one if you want to play with two players) and comes packaged in with a huge assortment of techno and J-Pop songs. None of them are too recognizable, but plenty of them are catchy and fun to dance to, and before long you'll quickly determine which ones are your favorites. The cool thing about Hottest Party for the Wii is the inclusion of the motion controls -not only are you moving your feet, but you're also moving your arms, emulating gestures that the game prompts you in order to continue earning points. You also have the option of disabling this function if you wish for a more traditional DDR experience, but personally, I think the inclusion was definitely a nice touch and a nice step forward for the DDR franchise.
If you have a Wii, want to get your dance on (or just need to burn some more calories) don't hesitate -it's a winner.
