My Fitness Coach is another fitness game on the Wii console. When I purchased the game, I was skeptical about how much it would work, since I needed to get back in shape after an entire summer of laziness. But after a few weeks with this game, I am no longer skeptical. MY Fitness Coach is a superb utility for people looking for that extra exercise in their day. Eventually, you make long term goals in the game that may do include greater strngth, greater flexibilty, weight loss, and etc. Also, the game makes a schedule for the player to fit the busy schedule of everyday people! You can also set time limits for each day! I usually do about 30mins to an hour each day on the weekends and 15mins a day on the weekdays.
Now to the actual fitness area of the game. The game includes a fitness coach who helps you do the exercise with you on the television screen. The instructor has GREAT form, so even if you don't know what you're doing, you can always watch and learn. After a while, you will get used to the moves and be a pro. The instructor can also change difficulties due to the feedback you give her (Too easy, Just Right, Too hard). There are many workouts included in the game to improve flexibility, strength, and the game promotes weight loss in a healthy way. Instead of being just a workout session, the game is actually fun! Hard to believe, but the game actually sucks me in and I get pretty intense while playing!

Overall, this is a great game that people must get if this is what they're looking for! It is a great workout and game combined! This will be a great addition to someone's game collection. Try it! You will not regret it, I haven't!! :)

When I first heard about this game, I assumed it was going to be similar to Wii Fit and therefore did not pay much attention to it. I then tried it out at a friend's house and fell in love.
If you want a workout, I think My Fitness Coach does a better job than Wii Fit does.
Your personal trainer, Maya, starts off by giving you a fitness test. This includes activities such as jumping jacks, pushups, crunches, etc. Based on how well you do, she makes a customized workout schedule for you. If you have fitness equipment such as the ball and weights, she can also fit that into your workout!
After each session of your workout, Maya asks you how you feel...ex. "No Sweat", "I was working hard", and "I couldn't keep up". Based on your answer, she adjusts the next segment of your workout to accommodate you!
There are also some good music and environments to choose from!
I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to break a sweat without going to the gym. It's fun and really gets you moving!!!
