Okami / Wolf for PlayStation 2

Stunning and beautiful game. This game is visually amazing. From the starting menu to the backgrounds, the NPCs to the bosses, everything looks as though they have been painted for your viewing pleasure.

The character you control, Goddess of the Sun, Amaterasu, in the form of a white wold, combines a unique fighting style of claws, weapons, and "the Celestial Brush" to rid the world of foes.

The game flows similar to the way it is presented, smooth like the water color like art. Banishing demons, completing puzzles, and saving the historical setting of Nippon has never been more addicting. I love summoning the Celestial Brush.

The characters are affable and the story is enthralling.

The artwork in this game is amazing. I don't believe I have ever been so in love with the artwork in any game as much as this one! The game itself is amazing as well. After I played a demo of it, I could hardly wait to get my hands on it! And after I did get the game, I sat there for the longest time playing it trying to get as far as I could into the game. There are very few games that are that addicting to me, too! Once you get involved in the game, the story line is very fun - but you don't have to get involved in the story line right away! You can roam around a little bit too! This is defiantly a must play game for any system!

This game is simply gorgeous. The artwork in Okami is beyond words. It has won many different awards since it's release and personally I think they're all well deserved. On top of the beautiful artwork this game has a fun and interesting game style. It's kind of free roam game with puzzles to solve, enemies to defeat, and getting to your destinations. The story line is quite fun if you get involved with the game. You play as Okami (goddess of the sun) in the form of a white wolf who is given the powers of the "Celestial Brush" by Waka in hopes that you will save man kind from Orochi. Okami is honestly a 11/10 game. It's a must play.
