WarioWare Smooth Moves has to be one of the funniest games I have played on any console. My husband and I could not stop laughing with every mini game that came along. So I would definitely recommend this to play with family and friends. My nieces and nephews had tons of fun playing this game as well.

Using the Wii remote and nunchuck you must perform certain movements before the time runs out. Save a woman falling off a building, direct people to the restroom, swat bugs, and cook are just some of the actions you need to perform. I even like the cheesy Zen master voice that guides you throughout the game.

Wario Ware: Smooth Moves may be a first generation title for the Nintendo Wii, but it's one of the rare titles that actually embody what the Nintendo Wii is all about. Incorporating brilliant motion controls, silly and colorful graphics, cartoon animation, and absurd hilarity all into one game, Wario Ware is one of the best multiplayer games available for the console. You'll feel like a complete idiot using the Wii remote to do tasks like the "mohawk" which has you placing the controller on your head and twisting side to side, but you'll be hard pressed to find another game where you'll have quite as much fun doing it.

With a slew of brief, but hilariously entertaining mini-games, Wario Ware is a worthy addition in any Nintendo Wii owner's collection.

warioware is my all time favorite game regardless of which gaming console it's on!
i think i have a love for mini-random-unless games.
some of them are fun, some of them are just random!
schizophrenic heaven, i would say.
it's especially fun on the nintendo wii console because you are actually doing the full on body motion.
some of the things you do are really random, and down right embarrassing.
if you can't handle being embarassed infront of a large crowd, i think you should pass on warioware.
but if you are game to look a little random for 30 seconds, this game is so worth playing.

This is an amazingly fun game. It gets you off the couch, onto your feet and makes you do silly things, and stand in strange positions. Its a game not only about quick reactions, wit, and silly poses, but its fun! Even though you're not the popularized hero Mario, you are still enjoying yourself while playing and not hung up on the whole good vs evil. You're too busy trying to pay attention to what's going on the screen and quickly reaction and doing the right action so you can move on onto the next game. Its not a deep heavy story line, just fun. Definitely a party game and worth checking out.

As someone who owns a lot of consoles (or DID before they started getting up into the $600 range...grr) I can tell you that the Wii is the best when it comes to "party" games.

What do I mean by party games? Usually something that you can hook up when you have a bunch of friends or family over, regardless if they're hardcore gamers or not, and have a hilarious time. If you own a Wii and use it primarily for group gatherings then WarioWare: Smooth Moves is a must have in the collection.

The game is simple and cannot be fully comprehended unless you play it yourself. You're given a minigame at random (which it in itself is random and silly) and have about 5~ seconds to complete it. It uses the Wii remote in ways that will make you look like a fool but everyone still has a good time (unless you're one of those types that get easily embarrassed). There are 3 different difficulty levels to each minigame so you have a little bit of variety to go with. Many of these end up to be quite challenging and near impossible to do for some *raises hand guiltily* I can't balance the broom on my hand...

If you're playing by yourself then WW:SM loses it's fun after the first or second play. In that case don't bother buying it but rent it just for a fun, unique experience. If you host a lot of parties, however, then definitely pick this up. It's short and sweet and everybody will end up having a good time.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves is a great experience and a great example of what can be done with the wiimote and its various control schemes.

WarioWare is plethora of minigames mashed into one. Each game lasts 5 seconds and is over before you realize what is going on. This can be very hectic at first, but after a while you just rely on your reactions and what you know about the movements that you are told to use. This can be everything from pointing, to balancing the wiimote, to shaking it. Each game does a great job of incorporating the movement in a way that makes sense for the task at hand.

I would recommend this game for anyone looking for a different experience with their Wii and when Wii sports allure has run out.

5 Stars for WarioWare!! This is a classic game that you MUST play with family and friends. This game makes you do the strangest and most humiliating things, but you still do it anyway! Some of the games in here can be played by up to 12 players I believe (1 remote being passed along because you take turns). There are a bunch of mini games that you can play here that are all mixed up into each game. The relay race is really fun, as it makes everyone do a different random mini game and see who does the best. At the end of the race, everyone is tied by strings and hung above a river. The winner of the relay starts off by cutting ropes and the last one to be cut down wins!

Add some alcohol to the mix and it makes the game that much more interesting and fun! Whenever you have a party or get together, be sure to play this game. Pick this game up if you want hours of laughter and doing humiliating things with your friends and family. This game isn't called WarioWare Smooth Moves for nothing! Get this game and see what the hype is all about!

Wario Smooth Moves is a game worth trying. It is a game that’s fun not only to play, but also to watch as the player has to try and get through a series of fast-changing poses and movements. The game is a series of challenges, each only a few seconds in length. Between each one, you’re instructed to hold the wii remote a different way.
The GOOD: It’s a fun party game. It can be hilarious to watch and it’s fast moving, so it keeps your attention.
The BAD: Even though there are a lot of challenges, it does get old after a while. It seems like it’s the same thing over and over. And when you open a new level, you have to watch the same opening cartoons every time, which we have found to get annoying.

The ULTIMATE party game! This game loses one star because the single player portion of this game is weak at best, but it makes you play through it in order to unlock a lot of the multiplayer features. However, once you've unlocked the multiplayer features the fun can begin! This isn't a game for just you and your best bud or even you and a couple of friends, this is a game meant for parties! You need at least 4 people, but the more (up to 16 can play, I believe) the merrier!

Pass the Wii remote around at a frantic pace as you each try to complete a roughly 5 second "micro game" that ranges from strange to just plain wacky. It's fun to watch your friends make fools of themselves as they "hula", "jump rope", or pick apples with the nose. Just make sure they don't cheat!

Due to the frantic pace and need to quickly grasp how the controls for the micro games work, this might not be very good for children under 5. But for everybody else from 5 to 105, this is sure to be a blast! And for those playing the game who are all 21 and over, this has great potential for a drinking game--especially for the micro game where one opponent has to try to drink a glass of water. If you feel your energy wearing out, you can also take a break with a game of darts (also included on the disc) or "nose racing". There's even the hilariously fun team sport on the disc where one person holds the Wii remote and the other holds the nunchuk and you both have to jump over obstacles.

If this game isn't in your collection then you are missing out on a world of fun!

If you're a WarioWare fan and looking for a new party game, WarioWare Smooth Moves is a must have for your gaming collection. You don't know what party games are all about until you play WarioWare Smooth Moves for the Nintendo Wii. This is the fifth WarioWare game in it's series, first one being released in 2003.

The game preforms in different ways, with how your form is with the Wii remote controller. In different game plays you hold the Wii controller differently. One minute you're holding it up like an umbrella the next you're pointing it down to emulate an elephant.

Once you begin to play the mini games, you'll be hooked instantly. Just a warning, it's going to be hard to stop playing the game once you put it in and I'm not even kidding.
